1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not obtain products from this Site if you do not agree to these terms or are prohibited by applicable law from accessing our services. Your order constitutes an offer to buy, and we reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the rate in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges, which will be itemized in your cart. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You warrant that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Subscription Renewals and Satisfaction Guarantee

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your original purchase. To avoid renewal, you must cancel through your account before the next billing date.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a risk-free Satisfaction Guarantee on your first subscription order. To qualify, you must use the product for at least 60 consecutive days and submit a claim within 90 days of delivery. One-time purchases are not eligible.

Allergies

If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. To process an allergy-related refund, we require "before and after" photos clearly documenting the reaction.

4. Shipments and Delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed; we are not liable for carrier delays.

5. Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return for an unopened item from your first order, you must contact us at the email provided below within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns must use our provided shipping label to be eligible for a refund.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and completely intact.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1–2 business days of the item passing inspection at our warehouse.

6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

The Site and products are provided on an “AS IS” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frøya Organics disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last six months or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS. You have a 30-day right to opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us with the subject "ARBITRATION OPT OUT".

8. SMS and Mobile Messaging

By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive recurring marketing and order update messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
