1. Order Processing & Acceptance

All orders placed through Frøya Organics are subject to acceptance. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please note that the formation of the sale contract only occurs once you have received this confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the delivery option selected. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates; however, please note that all shipping dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Frøya Organics is not liable for any delays in shipments caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Title and Risk of Loss

For all purchases, the title and risk of loss pass to you (the customer) as soon as we transfer the products to the shipping carrier. We ensure that all products leave our facility in perfect condition.

4. Undelivered, Refused, or Damaged Packages

We want to ensure your products reach you safely. Please review our procedures for delivery issues:

  • Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us as undelivered by the carrier, you may choose between a full refund for the products or a one-time free reshipment.
  • Refused Packages: We strongly recommend accepting your package and contacting us immediately if there is an issue. If a package is refused without visible damage, we can only issue a refund once it arrives back at our warehouse. Note: Refused shipments lost in transit are not eligible for refunds.
  • Damaged Items: If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, you will not be charged for return shipping. You may choose a full refund (including shipping costs) or a free replacement.

5. Subscription Orders

For our subscription customers, shipping occurs following each monthly renewal. Your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar date as your original purchase. Ensure your shipping address is kept up to date in your account profile to prevent delivery errors.

6. SMS Updates

If you have opted into our SMS service, you will receive real-time updates regarding your order status and shipping tracking directly to your mobile device. You can opt-out of these updates at any time by replying STOP.
