At Frøya Organics, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our refund policy is designed to provide you with a risk-free experience while ensuring fair terms for all customers.
1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee exclusively for your first subscription order. This gives you ample time to experience real results with our products.
- Requirement: You must use the product for at least 60 consecutive days before requesting a refund.
- Deadline: Claims must be submitted within 90 days of your delivery date.
- Coverage: Valid for one (1) opened product or system from your initial subscription.
- Note: One-time purchases are not eligible for this guarantee.
2. Returns for Unopened Products
If you wish to return an unopened and unused item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.
- First Order Only: Returns are only eligible for the first order placed.
- Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and completely intact.
- Process: You must contact us at the email below to receive a return shipping label. Items sent without our official label will not be refunded.
- Fees: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Allergy-Related Refunds
If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately. To process an allergy-related refund, we require before and after photos clearly showing the reaction. Please contact our support team to initiate this process.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection (typically 1-2 weeks), we will initiate your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
5. Undelivered or Damaged Items
If your package is returned as undelivered, you may choose a full refund or a free reshipment. If an item is discovered to be damaged or defective after opening, we will provide a free return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
